Legs And Feet

Legs and Feet is a three day Iyengar Yoga intensive where students will learn how and why correct leg and foot actions make all the difference in a pose. Most importantly students will feel how the legs and feet affect the spine and make the asanas safer. We need to work on the muscles and the bones, work with and against gravity. The firmness of the legs must be felt in each and every pose because the legs support the spine.
This intensive is for Level II and above students.
You are encouraged to take the series of three classes. If this is not possible attendance at individual sessions is permitted.
