Yoga For Runners

Time: Wednesday 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Yoga For Runners is a class to support runners, especially for those entering the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon 2016. 


The class on 6 January and 13 January will focus on preparation for the race. The class that will be held after the race, on 20 January will focus on recovery.  


Even if you are not entering the Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon, the class will be beneficial if you play a sport or are a regular walker, hiker or runner. 


Students are encouraged to attend all 3 lessons. If this is not possible, partial attendance is possible.


Cost: Regular 90-minute class prices apply.
