Schedule of Specialty Classes

At our centre we have some programs and classes that we run once-a-month. Below is the schedule for these classes.

Restorative Yoga Fri. 18 Mar 7:00pm-9:00pm Ursula In this class, restorative Yoga poses are taught to induce relaxation and strengthen the immune state.
 
Restorative Yoga
(with Cantonese*)

 
Wed. 9 Mar 6:00pm-7:30pm Kitty In this class, restorative Yoga poses are taught to induce relaxation and strengthen the immune state.


 
Restorative & Pranayama Fri.  4 Mar 7:00pm-9:00pm George In this class poses to relax the body, nerves and mind will be taken before exploring breathing practices.
 
Led Practice: Level III Mon. 14 Mar 6:50am-8:20am Centre Teacher Experienced Iyengar Yoga students and teachers are invited to attend this led practice which we run once a month. This program is for students who are currently attending Level III classes.
 
Pranayama Wed. 23 Mar 6:00pm-7:30pm Theresa This class explores the body's subtle energy, called "prana", through various breathing practices and techniques. This class is for all levels.
 
Self Practice Time Sun.  20 Mar 7:30am-9:30am Centre Teacher Once a month we run a self practice session. Come along and do your own personal practice amongst fellow students. Students of all levels are welcome. Click here for details.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

* These classes will be taught in English and also supplemented with Cantonese. It's a great way for Cantonese speakers to deepen their understanding of the poses and instructions. For anyone learning Cantonese, a wonderful way to practice Yoga and also to hear the most common instructions in Cantonese.
