Yoga and Stability

Stability is one of four important aspect of Yogasana. Others include mobility, strength, alignment.  

 

This is an Iyengar Yoga class that focuses on stability. 

 

Time: 6:20pm - 7:20pm

This class is part of a special two class series. We encourage you to attend both sessions. If this is not possible, partial attendance is possible.
