Improving Salamba Sirsasana

In this class we investigate the pose of Salamba Sirsasana (headstand). This class is for students who are already practicing Salamba Sirsasana as the focus will be to improve and strengthen the pose. Students who do not practice Salamba Sirsasana at the moment should not attend this class.

Also, this class is not appropriate for students who are on their menstrual cycle.

This class is part of a four class series. Students are encouraged to attend all 4 lessons. If this is not possible, partial attendance is possible.

This class is for Level I/II students and above. 

Time: 6:20pm - 7:20pm

Dates: Tuesday, 19, 26 April & 10, 17 May 2016 (no class on 3 May 2016)
