Yoga and Strength

Strength is one of four important aspects of Yogasana. Others include mobility, stability and alignment.

 

This is an Iyengar Yoga class that focuses on strength. 

 

Time: 6:20pm - 7:20pm

Dates: Tuesday, 24 & 31 May 2016

This class is part of a special two class series. We encourage you to attend both sessions. If this is not possible, partial attendance is possible.

Cost: 60-minute class prices apply.
