Improving Salamba Sarvangasana

In this class we investigate the pose of Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) and its variations such as Halasana, Setu Bandha Sarvangasana, Parsva Halasana, Supta Konasana, Eka Pada Sarvangasana, Parsvaikapada Sarvangasana and Karnapidasana.   

Also, this class is not appropriate for students who are on their menstrual cycle.

This class is for Level I/II students and above. 

This class is part of a four class series. Students are encouraged to attend all 4 lessons. If this is not possible, partial attendance is possible.
