Summer Sadhana

This year, we are running a very special Summer Sadhana.


Sadhana means committing yourself to a practice goal.


This Sadhana is a led practice. One teacher will lead the group Monday to Friday through a different practice sequence each morning. Every day has a different focus: standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists, restorative.


Over three weeks, we will challenge ourselves to come to practice Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 8:30am each week. By committing to this summer intensive, imagine what else you can achieve in your life! This is a phenomenal way to build your practice, strengthen yourself, and deepen your connection to Yoga.We encourage you to attend all 15 days of sadhana. If this is not possible, partial attendance is possible.


Date: Monday to Friday 11 July - 29 July, 7:30am - 8:30am


Cost: Commit to 15 days of Summer Sadhana for a special price of $1,500 or pay $120 per day.


Pre-requisite: For Level I/II and above students. If you are unsure of your level, please ask a teacher.
