Winter Sādhanā

Monday to Saturday 1 - 14 December, 2016

Sādhanā means committing yourself to a practice goal.


This  Sādhanā is a led practice. A teacher will lead the group Monday to Saturday through a different practice sequence each morning. Every day has a different focus: standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists, restorative.


Over two weeks, challenge yourself to come to practice Monday to Saturday from 7:10am to 8:10am each week. Sunday is a rest day. By committing to this winter intensive, imagine what else you can achieve in your life! This is a phenomenal way to build your practice, strengthen yourself, and deepen your connection to Yoga. We encourage you to attend all 12 days of sādhanā. If this is not possible, partial attendance is possible.

Cost: Commit to 12 days of Winter Sādhanā for $1,200 or pay $120 per day.


Level: For Level I/II and above students. If you are unsure of your level, please ask a teacher.
