Summer Sādhanā

Sādhanā means committing yourself to a practice goal. The Summer Sādhanā is a led practice.

Over three weeks, we will challenge ourselves to come to practice Monday to Friday from 7:10 to 8:10am each week. 

A different teacher will lead the group each week, Monday to Friday (except Wednesdays which will be led by George) through a different practice sequence each morning. Every day has a different focus: standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists, restorative and/or prānāyāma. 

By committing to this summer intensive, imagine what else you can achieve in your life! This is a phenomenal way to build your practice, strengthen yourself, and deepen your connection to Yoga. We encourage you to attend all 15 days of sādhanā. If this is not possible, partial attendance is possible.

Date: Monday to Friday, 7 - 25 August 2017, 7:30am - 8:30am

 

Cost: $120 per day. Complete all 15 days of Summer Sādhanā and receive $300 in credit.

 

Pre-requisite: For Level I/II and above students. If you are unsure of your level, please ask a teacher.
