Learning The Ropes - Level II
Working with ropes can create new understanding and openings in poses. The ropes can be used to give stability in the poses and help to improve the understanding of the poses. Often the ropes allow the student to go deeper into a pose.

Neck & Shoulders
In this class, poses that increase mobility, flexibility and awareness of neck and shoulders will be taught. These poses can help to improve the condition of the neck and shoulders and often help to reduce the incidence of headaches and other aches and pains around the neck and shoulders.

Chronic stress has a negative effect on the human body. In this class, restorative Yoga poses are taught to induce relaxation and strengthen the immune state. Restorative Yoga poses will also regulate body functions and calm the mind.
