"Breathe" is a 6-part course that will teach you about your breath.

Learn different exercises and techniques for different purposes.

You will also learn about the anatomy of the breathing process, which is important for understanding the whys and hows of the exercises.

Cost: $1200 for 6 lessons

Classes will be recorded and recordings available for 7 days after the class.

If attending classes online, you will need to have:
- 3 yoga blankets, or
- a bolster and yoga blanket
