Extending Backwards (120 mins)
Backward extensions are one category of āsana (postures) known as pūrva pratana sthiti or commonly as “backbends”. Backward extensions energise the nervous system.

Learning The Ropes - Healthy Back (120 mins)
This Healthy Back class will be taught with Yoga Kurunta (using ropes).
Working with ropes can create new understanding and openings in poses. The ropes can be used to give stability in the poses and allow the student to go deeper into a pose.

Restorative Yoga
Chronic stress has a negative effect on the human body. In this class, restorative Yoga poses are taught to induce relaxation and strengthen the immune state. Restorative Yoga poses will also regulate body functions and calm the mind.
