Yoga is not just about the external body but also about the internal body, focus and concentration. We think alertness and concentration come only from the brain. However, arms and legs also contribute towards focus and alertness. When arms and legs are kept straight and alert, they become stronger and mental alertness increases manifold. Strong limbs lead to strong organs and strong spine. Weak limbs weak spine!
