Working with Scoliosis

Learn techniques for how to adjust your yoga practice when you have a scoliosis. Even if you do not have scoliosis (and in fact, many do have a mild scoliosis that we are not aware of), the techniques learnt will increase your knowledge and understanding of your body and help to correct imbalances.
